Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead upkeep of our manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure, minimizing downtime and ensuring safe, reliable operations across our units. Key Responsibilities: Plan and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules. Lead the maintenance team (electricians, plumbers, technicians). Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory maintenance standards. Track equipment performance and recommend upgrades. Prepare maintenance budgets and reports for management. Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 5+ years of maintenance experience, including team leadership. Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and utilities. Good planning and vendor management skills.
