RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement best practices in volume hiring to streamline operations. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Ensure clear communication and understanding of hiring requirements. Quality of Hire: Focus on the quality of hires while managing high volumes. Implement metrics to measure the success and impact of recruitment efforts. Volume Recruitment Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end volume recruitment process. Key Skills &

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in any field. Proven experience of 7 to 15 years in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on volume hiring. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Must Have: Proven experience in volume hiring, specifically for field sales and field operations roles across branch locations. Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process. Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of hires within specified timelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
