City Supply Head

<ul><li><strong>Own city P&L, supply, revenue, and growth</strong>, with a strong focus on scaling the city business and achieving ambitious growth targets. </li><li> <strong>Own end-to-end supply operations</strong> — from customer inspection requests and car evaluation to negotiation, procurement, paperwork, and final delivery. </li><li> <strong>Lead large, diverse teams</strong> across on-ground inspectors/evaluators, OAs, AMs, negotiation, delivery, and sales, ensuring adequate manpower and operational efficiency. </li><li> <strong>Manage and grow the dealer ecosystem</strong> through BDMs, regular dealership visits, vendor management, and building strong dealer relationships. </li><li> <strong>Drive dealer/channel sales and procurement</strong>, ensuring competitive and fair deals while improving city-level supply and revenue. </li><li> <strong>Develop city-level growth strategies</strong> based on market demand, supply constraints, customer requirements, and priorities across Demand and Auctions.</li><li> <strong>Drive operational excellence and execution</strong> by ensuring TAT, quality, process discipline, and quick resolution of day-to-day operational bottlenecks.</li><li><strong>4–8 years of experience</strong> across sales, operations, supply, business, or strategy roles, preferably in automotive, FMCG, consumer tech, or other high-growth environments.</li> </ul>
