Operations & Logistics Manager – Vedantu Store Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Experience: 4–6 Years About the Role Vedantu is looking for an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, logistics, inventory, warehouse coordination, and vendor management. The role involves leading a team of 4–5 members, optimizing operational costs, improving CM1 performance, and ensuring efficient and timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end order processing, fulfilment, dispatch, and delivery operations. Oversee inventory management, stock reconciliation, replenishment, and warehouse coordination. Coordinate with logistics partners, printing vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Monitor operational KPIs, delivery SLAs, RTOs, returns, and customer escalations. Drive cost optimization initiatives, track cost per order, and improve CM1 performance. Lead and manage a team of 4–5 operations and delivery members. Develop SOPs, improve operational processes, and maintain dashboards and reports. Requirements 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain management. Hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and vendor coordination. Experience managing logistics partners and end-to-end order fulfilment. Understanding of operational cost optimization and contribution margins (CM1). Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting. Experience with WMS and EasyEcom is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
