Designation: Junior Associate/ Associate (Based on Experience designation may change) Qualification: Bsc. Nursing (Fresher to 1+ yr Exp in Hospital) Diploma Nursing (Fresher to 1+ yr Exp in Hospital) - ANM/GNM/Diploma Good Medical Knowledge - Basics of human anatomy & physiology, procedures and tests. Understanding of the clinical concepts like - Physician inbox/schedule management, Drug classes & components (DSF & DRF), Medication Dispense Management (added advantage) Excellent English reading & comprehension skills. Shift Timings: This role will require to work in Night Shift / Rotational Shift for nine hours as a process requirement. Night shift will be 9 hours starting from 5.30pm Staffing may be required for graveyard shift basis client need - starting 9.30pm Note - 2 days week-off would be based on the process requirement and as per the shift alignment.
