Location: Chennai Experience: 4–5 Years Work Mode: Complete WFO Shifts: Rotational Week Off: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Responsibilities: Workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, headcount and attrition tracking, productivity analysis, and coordination with Operations and Command Center teams. Requirements: Strong WFM knowledge and excellent communication skills. Open to rotational shifts.
