<p><span style="font-size:medium">In this role, you will: </span></p><p>·<span style="font-size:7pt"> </span>Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, Product Managers, Digital teams, and business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into scalable Workday solutions. </p><p>·<span style="font-size:7pt"> </span>Serve as a trusted functional expert for your product area, providing guidance on best practices, solution design, and Workday capabilities. </p><p>·<span style="font-size:7pt"> </span>Analyze business requirements and design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and <span></span>user-centric. </p><p>·<span style="font-size:7pt"> </span>Identify<span></span> opportunities to simplify processes, improve <span></span>the employee<span></span> experience, and <span></span>leverage<span></span> automation and AI where <span></span>appropriate. </p><p>·<span style="font-size:7pt"> </span>Coordinate functional testing for enhancements, releases, and projects while ensuring quality across upstream and downstream integrations. </p><p>·<span style="font-size:7pt"> </span>Participate in Workday&#39;s biannual release cycle by evaluating new functionality, assessing business impact, and recommending feature adoption. </p><p>·<span style="font-size:7pt"> </span>Create and <span></span>maintain<span></span> functional documentation, test scenarios, user guides, and <span></span>implementation<span></span> artifacts. </p><p>·<span style="font-size:7pt"> </span>Partner closely with Application Management Services (AMS), integration teams, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence. </p><p>·<span style="font-size:7pt"> </span>Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across HR, Digital Technology, Payroll, and external partners. </p><p style="font-size:medium !important;color:!important"><b><span style="font-size:medium">What We&#39;re Looking For</span></b><span style="font-size:medium"> </span></p><p style="font-size:medium !important;color:!important"><span style="font-size:medium">We&#39;re<span></span> seeking individuals who are passionate about HR technology and enjoy solving complex business problems. </span></p><p style="font-size:medium !important;color:!important"><b><span style="font-size:medium">Required Qualifications</span></b><span style="font-size:medium"> </span></p><p>·<span style="font-size:7pt"> </span>3&#43;
