Talent Product Specialist

<p><b>Role Overview</b></p><p>This role serves as a functional partner and subject-matter expert for Workday Talent Management, translating business priorities into scalable, maintainable, and user-focused solutions.</p><br /><p><b>Key <span style="font-size:inherit">Responsibilities</span></b></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, Product Managers, Digital teams, and business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Serve as a trusted functional expert for the assigned product area, providing guidance on leading practices, solution design, and Workday capabilities.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Analyze business requirements and design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and user-centric.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Identify opportunities to simplify processes, enhance the employee experience, and apply automation and artificial intelligence where appropriate.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Coordinate functional testing for enhancements, releases, and projects, ensuring quality across upstream and downstream integrations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Participate in Workday’s biannual release cycle by evaluating new functionality, assessing business impact, and recommending feature adoption.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Create and maintain functional documentation, test scenarios, user guides, and implementation artifacts.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Partner closely with Application Management Services (AMS), integration teams, and external vendors to promote operational excellence.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across Human Resources, Digital Technology, Payroll, and external partner organizations.</span></li></ul><br /><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:inherit">At least three years of experience supporting HR technology solutions.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">At least two years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in one or more of the following areas:</span><ul><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Talent Management</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Talent Acquisition</span></li></ul></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Strong understanding of HR business processes and Workday architecture.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Experience supporting production environments, troubleshooting issues, and managing enhancements.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and multiple time zones.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies and with tools such as Jira.</span></li></ul><p style="text-align:left"><span class="emphasis-2"><b><b>Carrier is An Equal <span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span class="WOR0">Opportunity/Affirmative</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> Action Employer.
