We are searching for a talented Senior Analog Engineer to join us and help saving the planet by advancing smart energy technology.

Responsibilities Define system-level analog architecture and IP specifications based on product requirements. Develop analog, mixed-signal, and power IP, including ownership of analog subsystems and chip top-level integration. Verify designed IP, subsystem, and chip top-level functionality using transistor-level and mixed-signal analog-to-digital simulations. Define layout guidelines and perform layout reviews for analog, mixed-signal, and power IP. Perform post-silicon IP design validation in the lab. Support product engineering to meet manufacturing and production needs. Requirements B.Tech/ M.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / VLSI or similar Streams in Engineering from a recognized university. Over 6 years of experience in analog or mixed-signal design, simulation, and characterization of circuits such as operational amplifiers, comparators, reference circuits, ADC/DAC, PLL, etc. Advantages Strong knowledge of MOS, Bipolar transistors, and high-voltage IC processes (e.g., BCD, SOI). Experience with integrated power electronic circuits such as DC-DC converters, gate drivers, charge pumps, rectifiers, and LDOs. Experience in full-chip integration, including interfaces with digital and hardware. Familiarity with layout verification and extraction tools.
