<ul><li><p>Manage the hotel's overall purchasing and procurement operations in accordance with Accor standards, policies, and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Source quality products and services at competitive prices while maintaining the required quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Identify, evaluate, and develop approved suppliers and maintain effective vendor relationships.</p></li><li><p>Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions with suppliers.</p></li><li><p>Review purchase requisitions, obtain necessary approvals, and process purchase orders as per established procedures.</p></li><li><p>Conduct market surveys and obtain competitive quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the Finance, Cost Control, Stores, Receiving, Kitchen, Food &amp; Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering departments to meet operational requirements.</p></li><li><p>Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support the smooth functioning of hotel operations.</p></li><li><p>Monitor purchasing expenditure, control costs, and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records of quotations, comparative statements, purchase orders, supplier contracts, and other procurement documents.</p></li></ul>

<p>

• Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or any other equivalent qualifications</p><p>
• 5-7 year of experience in branded hotels and minimum 1 year experience in similar role.</p><p>
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring.</p>
