Senior Software Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement automated test frameworks.
• Write automation code using Java and testing frameworks.
• Perform API, UI, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and Dev Ops teams throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and define test strategies.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and improve overall product quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote quality engineering best practices.

Skills Expected * Strong Java programming.

• Selenium or Playwright for UI automation.
• Knowledge on event driven application , Kafka and Cassandra * API testing (REST Assured, Postman, SOAP UI).
• SQL and database testing.
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
• Git.
• BDD/TDD (Cucumber/JBehave).
• Microservices architecture.
• Agile/Scrum.
• Performance testing tools like JMeter (preferred).
