QA Lead

Job Summary Lead quality engineering for the IGA Connectors team, responsible for building a scalable connector framework and out-of-the-box (OOTB) integrations with enterprise systems (Saa S apps, directories, HR systems, On-Prem systems). You will drive automation, and ensure high-quality delivery of API-driven, integration-heavy components in a cloud-native Saa S environment. Key Responsibilities Drive shift-left and automation first practices Commit to the quality of all released content Take an active role in process inspection and continuous improvement Plan, define, and execute tests as part of team QA related activities Maintain and prioritize open issues and bugs to ensure effective tracking and resolution Define and execute testing for OOTB connectors, ensuring seamless integration with external systems Validate end-to-end identity flows: provisioning, reconciliation, entitlement sync, and JML (joiner-mover-leaver) scenarios Lead API and contract testing (REST APIs, webhooks, schema validation, error handling, throttling) Design and build automation frameworks and test utilities, including mocks/simulations for external systems Ensure data integrity and mapping accuracy across source and target systems Test for scale, performance, and resilience (bulk operations, retries, partial failures, outages) Integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops workflows, enforcing quality gates Perform deep debugging, log analysis, and root cause investigation across distributed systems Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and platform teams to drive a quality-first mindset Qualifications 5+ years experience as a QA Lead 10+ years in QA with strong focus on API and integration testing Hands-on experience with test automation (Robot, Python or similar) Experience testing Saa S platforms, distributed systems and On-Premise systems Strong understanding of REST APIs, data validation, and system-level testing Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices Proactive mindset and a passion for excellence and continuous improvement Curiosity and self-learning skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally Soft skills: Excellent time management and ability to deliver high-quality results on schedule Proactive by nature; internal drive for excellence and improvement Team player Ability to work alone Capability to manage task priority effectively Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications Experience in IGA/IAM or identity security domain Familiarity with SCIM, LDAP, OAuth, SAML Experience testing connectors, middleware, or integration platforms Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS) and CI/CD tools Exposure to observability platforms like Datadog Success Metrics High-quality, reliable connector framework and integrations Strong automation coverage with minimal defect leakage Scalable QA processes enabling faster connector onboarding and releases Reduced time to detect, debug, and resolve integration issues Our Commitment We’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo.
