Analyst - Supply and Demand Planning

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides Supply & Demand Planning for a location, department or designated product line or business area. Works with assigned business, product and other stakeholders to understand demand requirements, forecasting drivers, revenue metrics and other key factors underpinning supply, demand and distribution planning. Follows established procedures to develop, update and maintain supply, demand and distribution plans. Works with fulfilment and suppliers in expediating purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of the correct products and to manage processes from an efficiency standpoint. Maintains records of delivery, distribution, utilization and other activities, preparing monthly and other periodic progress reports. Researches and resolves delivery, invoicing and other discrepancies. Confirms documentation follows internal standards and business controls, meets management expectations and conforms to regulatory requirements. Supports departmental goals for expense management, high service levels and excess inventory reduction.
