Ltd. is expanding its recruitment team and is hiring Recruitment Executives (Telecalling). If you're passionate about talking to people and want to build a career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, this opportunity is for you! 📌 Important: This is NOT a sales process. Your role will focus on recruiting candidates, screening, and supporting onboarding. 📌 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Make 100-200 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates. ✅ Explain job opportunities and guide candidates through the onboarding process. ✅ Conduct initial candidate screening and follow-ups. ✅ Coordinate with the internal recruitment team. ✅ Achieve daily recruitment goals. ✅ Maintain accurate candidate records and reports. 🎓 Eligibility: ✔️ Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. ✔️ Graduate or Undergraduate. ✔️ Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is an added advantage). ✔️ Comfortable with target-based outbound calling. 💼 Compensation: 🕒 Probation Period: 2 Months 💰 Stipend During Probation: ₹8,000 (In-Hand) per month 💰 After Successful Completion of Probation: ₹10,000-₹15,000 (In-Hand) per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
