Job Description Manage collections and recovery for the assigned Education Loan portfolio in Delhi NCR region. Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly collection targets for early and late buckets (soft and hard collections). Oversee field recovery executives and agencies, providing guidance and monitoring performance. Conduct portfolio analysis to identify delinquency trends and take preventive actions.
