Key Responsibilities < < < Provide end-to-end technical and functional support for the Trintech ReconNET application.< < < < < Manage reconciliation of retail POS sales transactions, credit/debit card settlements, cash transactions, and bank deposits.< < < < < Investigate and resolve unmatched transactions, deposit discrepancies, settlement variances, and reconciliation exceptions.< < < < < Configure and maintain reconciliation rules, matching logic, workflows, and exception-handling processes.< < < < < Troubleshoot application issues, data integration failures, and reconciliation processing errors. Support enhancements, automation initiatives, and reconciliation process improvements.< < < < < Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Retail Operations, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reconciliation.< < < < < Support production operations, root-cause analysis, and resolution of critical incidents.< <
