Position Summary As a Transition Manager at Deloitte Consulting, Lead the structured transition of services, processes, and knowledge from a current operating model to a future-state delivery team—protecting business continuity, achieving operational readiness, and enabling sustained adoption. Deloitte transition approaches emphasize detailed planning, phased execution, knowledge transfer, readiness gates, progress tracking, and continuous improvement. Work you'll do As a Transition Manager on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for... Own the transition plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision log. Coordinate client stakeholders, subject-matter experts, delivery teams, and leadership. Plan and govern knowledge transfer, shadowing, reverse shadowing, training, and operational trial runs. Assess readiness across people, processes, technology, documentation, and governance. Track transition KPIs, entry and exit criteria, progress, and escalation actions. Drive change adoption, capability development, and continuous service improvement. Communicate clearly across business and technical audiences and maintain stakeholder alignment. Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST Qualifications Required : Manager or exit-level Senior Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience managing application transitions from an incumbent vendor to a new service provider Proven experience owning end-to-end transition plans, including roadmap, milestones, governance, and budget management Experience leading knowledge transfer, shadowing, go-live, and operational readiness activities Able to independently coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage risks, dependencies, and change control. #EaaS #AIE
