Lead SAP FICO RE_FX Consultant

We are seeking a Lead SAP FICO RE_FX Consultant to drive the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions, with a focus on real estate management and financial accounting processes across global project environments. Responsibilities Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions across RE-FX, FI, and CO modules Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis to identify suitable solutions Recommend SAP best-practice solutions aligned with business needs Prepare functional specifications and support enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows Support Lease Contract Management and Lease Accounting (IFRS16/ASC842) processes Ensure integration between RE-FX, FI/CO, MM, Procurement, Tax, and Asset Accounting Support testing, defect resolution, cutover, and deployment activities Conduct SIT/UAT testing and provide support to business users Support data migration and validation activities Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities Provide post-go-live support and user training Collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support adoption of SAP standard and fit-to-standard practices Requirements 9-12 years of overall experience in IT, with 9+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO and strong exposure to SAP RE-FX Background in Lease Accounting implementations (IFRS16/ASC842) Knowledge of FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO processes Experience across end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, including configuration, testing, migration, and deployment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
