Solution Architect - SAP FICO RE_FX Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead SAP S/4HANA solution design and delivery across RE-FX, FI, and CO modules, supporting global business stakeholders through full project lifecycles from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Responsibilities Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions across RE-FX, FI, and CO modules Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis Recommend SAP best-practice solutions to meet business needs Prepare functional specifications and support enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows Support Lease Contract Management and Lease Accounting (IFRS16/ASC842) processes Ensure integration between RE-FX, FI/CO, MM, Procurement, Tax, and Asset Accounting Support testing, defect resolution, cutover, and deployment activities Conduct SIT/UAT testing and support business users Support data migration and validation activities Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities Provide post-go-live support and user training Collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support adoption of SAP standard and fit-to-standard practices Requirements 12-15 years of overall IT experience, with 12+ years in SAP S/4HANA FICO and strong exposure to SAP RE-FX Experience in Lease Accounting implementations (IFRS16/ASC842) Knowledge of FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO processes Experience across end-to-end SAP project lifecycles including configuration, testing, migration, and deployment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
