The Senior Accountant II will be responsible for performing and reviewing General Ledger activities, supporting month-end close, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and partnering effectively with stakeholders. font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Perform and review General Ledger activities including Bank Reconciliations, Accruals, Prepaids, Intercompany Accounting, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, and Manual Journal Entries in compliance with policy.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Intercompany and Lease Accounting, resolving accounting and reconciliation queries independently.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ensure accurate Balance Sheet reconciliations and provide meaningful analysis and commentary on movements in GL balances.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Support month-end close activities and ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit processes.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Apply strong understanding of US GAAP and underlying accounting principles to daily operations and issue resolution.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Drive process efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, and automation where applicable.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Partner with stakeholders to support quarterly reviews, business reviews, and projects as guided by the business.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of experience or Master-degree in Commerce with a minimum of 9 to 10 years of relevant business experience.&nbsp;</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 1.9pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial; line-height: normal; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience in Accounting and Reconciliation for a large MNC preferably BPO/KPOs or Captives having Finance and Accounting services&nbsp;</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 1.9pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial; line-height: normal; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Solid working knowledge of US GAAP; experience with complex accounting areas is an advantage.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 1.9pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial; line-height: normal; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and multi-currency environments; exposure to Cadency and HFM is a plus.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 1.9pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial; line-height: normal; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of PowerPoint.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 1.9pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;
