Production - VMC Operator (Thin Film Equipment)

Read engineering drawings and work instructions Set up the workpiece and cutting tools Load and run CNC programs Monitor the machining process Measure finished parts using vernier callipers, micrometres, and other gauges Replace worn tools and make minor tool offset adjustments Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance Follow safety and quality standards Basic CNC machine knowledge Ability to read engineering drawings Knowledge of measuring instruments 2D Program Good attention to detail Job Description: Must have experience in Operating the VMC Machines Knowledge about fixtures, tooling & Maintenance Ability to work independently and in a team Good communication, with supervisors and quality teams Strong analytical and reporting skills
