Officer - Packing (Manufacturing)

Roles & Responsibilities Execute production and packing plans as per schedules. Receive, verify and issue RM/PM materials for production requirements. Maintain departmental inventory and stock accuracy. Ensure daily production and packing targets are achieved. Monitor rejections and implement corrective actions. Allocate and monitor manpower based on operational requirements. Train operators and maintain process adherence. Ensure proper labeling, storage and handling of products. Maintain BMR, QMS and production documentation. Support IQA, CAPA, complaint handling and process improvements. Ensure workplace safety, hygiene and compliance standards. Qualifications Graduation in Science or Arts. 1-1.5 years of manufacturing experience. Experience in Packing Operations is preferred.
