Role Overview We are seeking 10+ years experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and proven experience in the healthcare provider domain. Responsibilities for salesforce technical architect<ul><li>Guide the developers in troubleshooting and resolving production issues</li><li>Hands-on configuration and admin experience with Salesforce.com</li><li>Manage transition and knowledge transfer to post-production support</li><li>Develop the necessary documentation for IT solutions projects</li><li>Contribute to the growth of the Salesforce technical team through thought leadership, development of solution accelerators, coaching and mentoring consultants and participation in other operational areas (recruiting, training )</li><li>Work with business stakeholders and other programmers in your team to help understand requirements, evaluate new features and architecture, develop a solution or enhance existing solution and help drive decisions</li><li>Deliver technology solutions – Leverage your strong technical experience to architect, engineer and provide guidance in delivery of key initiatives for an enterprise-class global CRM platform</li><li>Subject matter expert – Collaborate with internal and external partners for the definition, planning, modeling, governance, and implementation of Salesforce CRM capabilities</li><li>Be a visionary partnering with our Enterprise Architects, technical leads and key individuals within our functional organization and recommend SFDC Platform improvements</li><li>Work proactively to remove technical debt and security vulnerabilities</li></ul> Qualifications for salesforce technical architect<ul><li>Minimum of 10 years Architect experience, excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Classic experience hands on experience with Lightning experience in designing solution and lead the team, Salesforce Live Chat nice to have</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent in experience)</li><li>7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, designing solutions, configuring and developing custom Apex/Visualforce/Lightning code in the areas of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Workflows, Mobile, Single Sign On, API’s, Avaya/CTI, Marketo, Informatica, and integration to enterprise systems</li><li>Current Salesforce Architect Academy certifications (Development Lifecycle and Deployment, Integration Architecture, Data Architecture and Management) is highly preferred</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of data integration tools, such as Informatica, Salesforce Connect, etc, and experience integrating Salesforce with data sources and enterprise systems (e.g., CPQ, marketing automation, reporting)</li><li>Healthcare Domain experience is a plus.</li></ul>Working Hours<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Shift between 2 PM to 11 PM IST</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Must have a daily overlap of 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM Pacific Time (PT)</li></ul>
