Technical Lead

Developer (Java)<br>Designs, develops, tests, and deploys Java-based applications and services.<br>Build / maintain backend web services in SOAP, REST APIs, integrate databases, create microservices, support CI/CD, code reviews, performance improvements.<br>Languages: Java 11+, JavaScript, TypeScript<br>Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Angular<br>UI: JSP, jQuery, JavaScript, Angular (components, services, routing)<br>Application Server: IBM WebSphere Liberty<br>Databases: IBM DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB<br>Cloud: AWS S3, AWS Lambda<br>Build Tools: Maven , npm<br>Version Control: Git, Bitbucket<br>Project Tracking: JIRA<br>Write simple services, fix bugs, follow design guidance, write unit tests.<br>Own microservices, improve code quality, understand cloud deployment, handle integrations.<br>Architectural decision-making, high-scale services, performance tuning, define standards.<br>Senior Solution Lead level hands-on experience in the skills we already listed. 8 - 10 years of experience in leading a team of developers, guiding them by providing approaches and review and be accountable for the deliverables of a team, and hands-on too, so can help with critical production issues and business escalations (same skill set as of the onsite developer positions we are looking for , but this is for offshore).<br>&nbsp;<br>Enterprise architecture, platform modernization, coach teams, drive engineering roadmap.<br>Senior Solution Lead level hands-on experience in the skills we already listed. 8 - 10 years of experience in leading a team of developers, guiding them by providing approaches and review and be accountable for the deliverables of a team, and hands-on too, so can help with critical production issues and business escalations (same skill set as of the onsite developer positions we are looking for , but this is for offshore).
