With offices in India, UAE, Kenya, the Netherlands, and North America with 5,500+ clients worldwide across 40 countries, Kale Logistics Solutions is a major player in the industry.<h6 style="color:rgb(19,19,19);font-size:1rem;">About the Role: </h6>The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex software implementation projects across SaaS and bespoke product deployments. This role ensures predictable execution, customer success, cross-functional alignment, and governance adherence while leading multiple medium-to-large projects simultaneously.The PM will work closely with Practice, Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Customer Success, Sales, and PMO.1. Project Delivery & Execution

Plan, manage, and execute complex software delivery projects across SaaS, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
Own scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations.
Ensure predictable planning, milestone adherence, and delivery readiness.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers with mitigation plans in place.
Run regular review calls, Steering Committee meetings, Work Group meetings and other ad-hoc meetings for project governance.2. Customer & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary customer-facing delivery leader for all assigned projects.
Conduct project kick-offs, facilitate requirement workshops, weekly governance meetings, and sign-off cycles.
Manage communication across internal and external stakeholders, including leadership.
Handle escalations with data-driven responses and rapid recovery planning.3. Governance & Reporting
Maintain delivery documentation: PID/Project Charter, RAID logs, project plans, WBS, dashboards.
Drive adherence to PSG / SEPG frameworks, tools, templates, and compliance standards.
Publish weekly dashboards covering schedule variance, risk heatmaps, RAG status, and utilization.
Manage project financials including budget, effort, burn rate, margins, change requests, and billing alignment.4. Leadership & Collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, architecture, cloud operations, and UI/UX.
Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Champion Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.5. Commercial Awareness
Scope management and change control; ensure CR processes are followed.
Work closely with Sales/Pre-sales for estimations and solution alignment.
Ensure on time revenue recognition and profitability of projects and prevent scope creep.Required Skills & Experience
8–12 years of experience in project management in software product / SaaS companies.
Strong expertise in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid delivery models.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools.
Proven track record delivering multi-stakeholder, multi-release implementations.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, cloud concepts (AWS/Azure/GCP), API workflows, and enterprise integrations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and conflict-management skills.
Experience managing distributed teams across geographies.Preferred Qualifications
PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM / PMI-ACP.
Experience working in ideally Logistics domain or BFSI, HealthTech, ERP, GovTech, or Enterprise SaaS verticals.
