Senior Analyst

We are recruiting for a Seeniuor Analyst in the KGS CH BOI Managed services team. In this team, your responsibilities will include supporting BOI-MS Operations team members in developing and maintaining MI Reports . Professional Background:

• Strong understanding of key operational metrics including hours, utilization, penetration, FTE, and headcount, Average handling time (AHT) and other quality metrics ensuring efficient and effective MI reports
• Design and implement VBA-driven automation tools to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual effort, and improve overall efficiency.
• Analytical Expertise:
• Analyze current trends using various methodologies to deliver accurate operational metrics critical for the business
• Proficient in predictive analysis to anticipate future trends and make data-driven decisions.

Educational qualifications

• Graduate/ Post degree in in any discipline Work experience
• 4 - 6 years in any reporting roles working in a medium to large scale corporate environment.
