As a member of the team, responsible for team deliverables and providing technical guidance. Having people management experience will be an advantage along with core product development experience As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. This Job expects individual to manager a small group of development team working on a product that will support Consulting Organization to deliver projects. Individual expected to have hands-on development experience in core product development Overall, 5-6years of experience Own team delivery, priorities, timelines, and quality. Provide technical direction and remove blockers. Set goals, coach engineers, and manage performance. Coordinate dependencies and communicate risks. Support hiring, onboarding, and team development. 1-2 years of experience in people management 3-4 years of Core development experience
