Our teams specialize in Data Engineering, Predictive Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and DataOps.</p> <hr> <h2>The Role</h2> <p>We are looking for a Senior Leader to help anchor our <strong>CPG Supply Chain Analytics</strong> practice in Bengaluru.</p> <p>You will be part of the practice team, reporting directly to Practice Leadership. The role involves leading client engagements end-to-end, owning specific capability areas, and driving strategic initiatives that are critical to the practice's growth. This position carries significant ownership while working closely with practice leadership.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will broadly span three areas:</p> <ul> <li>Client Engagements</li> <li>Team Leadership</li> <li>Solution Development and Innovation</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>What You Will Be Doing</h2> <h3>Inside the Practice</h3> <ul> <li>Lead significant aspects of the practice’s growth and development, aligned with the direction set by Practice Leadership.</li> <li>Take ownership of specific capability areas and service offerings, from ideation through client deployment.</li> <li>Help shape the go-to-market strategy and support sales and business development teams in client pursuits.</li> </ul> <h3>Client Engagements</h3> <ul> <li>Lead consulting engagements and own relationships across assigned client accounts.</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of client business challenges and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on supply chain and analytics topics.</li> </ul> <h3>Solutions and Innovation</h3> <ul> <li>Drive the development of advanced analytics and data science solutions, including: <ul> <li>Artificial Intelligence (AI)</li> <li>Machine Learning (ML)</li> <li>Optimization Models</li> <li>Generative AI (Gen AI)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Review analytical approaches, challenge solution designs, and maintain high-quality delivery standards.</li> <li>Ensure close collaboration between consulting and engineering teams so that solutions move beyond pilots into production environments.</li> </ul> <h3>Team and Knowledge Leadership</h3> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop consultants and analysts within the practice.</li> <li>Contribute to thought leadership through articles, points of view, and internal intellectual capital.</li> <li>Support knowledge management initiatives and promote adoption of best practices across the organization.</li> <li>Represent Sigmoid at industry events, conferences, and forums.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>What We Are Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>8 to 12 years of experience consulting on and delivering data and analytics solutions for large CPG customers.</li> <li>Direct front-office consulting experience with demonstrated customer leadership capabilities.</li> <li>Proven track record of leading teams, managing engagements, and delivering high-quality outcomes.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.</li> <li>Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business challenges and identify high-impact opportunities.</li> <li>BE or BTech in Computer Science from a Tier I or Tier II institution such as IIT or NIT.</li> <li>MBA from a leading business school such as an IIM is a plus.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Nice to Have</h2> <ul> <li>Deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning and Operations across CPG, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Industrial domains.</li> <li>Strong understanding of: <ul> <li>Demand Planning</li> <li>Forecasting</li> <li>Inventory Optimization</li> <li>Procurement Analytics</li> </ul> </li> <li>Hands-on experience building analytics and AI solutions across: <ul> <li>Machine Learning</li> <li>Deep Learning</li> <li>Generative AI</li> <li>Descriptive, Predictive, and Prescriptive Analytics</li> </ul> </li> <li>Published thought leadership or articles on supply chain topics.</li> <li>Working knowledge of modern technology ecosystems, including: <ul> <li>Google Cloud Platform (GCP)</li> <li>Microsoft Azure</li> <li>Amazon Web Services (AWS)</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>Sigmoid | New York | Dallas | San Francisco | Lima | Bengaluru</strong></p> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Note:</strong></p> <blockquote class="gmail_quote"><em>By submitting your application, you consent to being contacted by our Talent Acquisition team via phone call, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels regarding your application and relevant career opportunities.</em></blockquote> <p></p></div>
