Location: Bangalore Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidates must have minimum 1+ years experience in IT Recruitment.
• Review and understand technical job requirements.
• Should have end to end Experience in the recruitment cycle (Sourcing, Screening, Interview).
• Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, social Networking and consulting services.
• Shortlisting, lineup, followup and update of feedback.
• Coordinating with Panel, Salary Negotiation and convincing Skills.
• Should be experienced in permanent staffing.
• Coordinating with colleges / training placement agencies for the campus drives.
• Should have knowledge in IT Skills.
• Good communication in English.
