Manager - Business Controlling - Financial reporting - Revenue Management

Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth for the assigned business segment in coordination with regional teams, overseeing end-to-end business operations. Maintain a strong understanding of Siemens' DDS process and ensure effective execution of related activities. Conduct and support month-end PAS reviews to monitor business performance and financial results. Ensure adherence to SFRG and IFRS guidelines for financial reporting and accounting. Support and coordinate with factory teams on business administration and financial matters, where required. Manage and support I-GAAP reporting processes. Maintain a good understanding of OCC and a reasonable understanding of POC accounting. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support accurate reporting, business performance monitoring and operational efficiency. Required Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of revenue management and business operations. Good command of Siemens' DDS process. Experience in month-end PAS reviews. Working knowledge of SFRG and IFRS guidelines. Familiarity with I-GAAP reporting. Good knowledge of OCC and reasonable knowledge of POC accounting.
