SolarEdge open positions | Development TL – Applications, Web & DevOps

We are searching for a talented Development TL – Applications, Web & Dev Ops to join us and help saving the planet by advancing smart energy technology.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. · 10+ years of experience in application development, including at least 5 years in technical leadership or team leadership role. · Strong background in modern development frameworks and full-stack web technologies, such as .NET, Java, Node.js, React, Angular, or similar frameworks. · Experience designing and delivering enterprise web applications, APIs, integrations, responsive user interfaces, and secure web solutions. · Hands-on experience with Dev Ops tools and practices, such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code. · Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, microservices architecture, and modern application modernization approaches. · Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and AI-assisted development capabilities, including LLMs, copilots, predictive analytics, automation tools, and data pipelines. · Strong understanding of SDLC practices, agile methodologies, code review standards, software quality, and secure development principles.

PREFERRED

QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience working in global or multi-site environments. · Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Oracle Fusion, CRM, or Success Factors. · Experience with Drupal development or implementation — an advantage. · Certifications in Agile, PMP, Dev Ops, cloud, or AI/ML technologies — an advantage. Soft Skills: · Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. · Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical depth and delivery execution. · Analytical thinking and a proactive, business-oriented mindset. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. · Customer-focused approach with strong ownership and accountability.
