RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide first-level support for Oracle Fusion applications. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Collaborate with team members to implement system updates. Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality. Document and report on support activities and resolutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 1-4 years of experience in IT support or a related role. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion applications is preferred.
