Develop high-performance backend services using modern Python frameworks. Design and implement scalable microservice architectures on cloud platforms. Integrate generative AI capabilities into enterprise automation solutions. Optimize application performance through effective Redis caching strategies. Write clean, maintainable code following Object-Oriented Programming principles. Contribute to system design discussions for distributed environments. Take full ownership of feature development from concept to deployment.

Strong proficiency in Python for developing robust backend applications. Experience building and deploying scalable MicroServices architectures. Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS for deployment. Understanding of GenAI concepts for integrating AI solutions. Proficiency in Redis & Caching for optimizing application performance. Solid grasp of OOPs & Pydantic for clean, maintainable code. Demonstrated Ownership in driving projects to successful completion.

Familiarity with Docker & Containerization for deployment is a plus. Experience with Message Queues / Pub-Sub systems is beneficial. Exposure to LLM Evaluation & Optimization techniques is advantageous.
