Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the software engineering practice strategy aligned with business objectives. Build differentiated capabilities across Healthcare, MedTech, Digital Health, Payviders, and Life Sciences. Drive technology roadmap, innovation initiatives, competency development, and investments. Establish and strengthen capabilities in Cloud Platforms, Embedded Software, Medical Device Software, Mobile & Web Applications, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, and DevSecOps. Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures, and engineering best practices. Lead talent transformation through competency frameworks, career development, upskilling, certification programs, and leadership mentoring. Drive recruitment and build future technical leadership pipelines. Lead innovation programs, technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and strategic partnerships. Establish engineering governance, quality standards, and delivery excellence practices. Support sales and business development teams through solutioning and customer engagements. Create service offerings and contribute to business growth through capability-led expansion. Represent the organization at industry forums and drive thought leadership initiatives. Desired Qualifications: Desired Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience 20+ years of experience in software engineering and delivery leadership. 8+ years leading engineering practices, technology organizations, or large delivery teams. Strong experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Digital Health, or Life Sciences domains. Proven track record of building and scaling global engineering teams.
