Job Description – Communications and CSR engagement specialist About the role This role is responsible for employee communications along with employees’/volunteers’ engagement for CSR efforts. The role will be under the communications and brand marketing team at TI India and the team member will manage employee connect activities and internal communication efforts along with managing volunteer engagement for CSR efforts by TI in India. This is an entry-level role for someone who:

• Can tell impactful stories through internal communication channels to connect with the employees and position TI as a great employer.
• Enjoys working with people, coordinating events, communicating with different stakeholders, and creating positive community impact.
