Manager, Finance Transformation

Role Summary The Manager, Transformation & Change Management is a high-impact operational lead, responsible for driving complex business transformation, organizational change, and process optimization across Uber’s global CAO organization and cross-functional partners (Strategic Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Tech). What You Will Do

• Lead End-to-End Strategic Transformation Initiatives: Proactively identify process inefficiencies, define visionary target states, and pitch actionable transformation roadmaps.

Lead emerging, high-priority projects across the CAO organization as business needs evolve, spanning Tax, Revenue Recognition, Op Ex, and Core Accounting operations.

• Drive High-Friction Initiatives: Partner directly with cross-functional groups to align on shared goals, articulate functional benefits, and manage BAU impact.
