About the Team Uber's Merchant team helps restaurants build successful businesses on Uber Eats. This mission spans the entire merchant lifecycle, from onboarding to getting and fulfilling orders. The Merchant Fulfillment organization is the operational backbone of this mission. We own the critical "Order Lifecycle" technologies that ensure millions of orders are received, processed, and fulfilled reliably every day. We are also the guardians of the merchant’s financial health, managing the complex workflows for disputes, cancellations, and operational reliability.
