About the role We are seeking a talented and experienced Analytics Consultant

• Al to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in the development and deployment of innovative Al solutions.

The candidate should have hands-on expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise grade Al and Agentic Al applications/ Al Engineering. Being a key contributor to our Al transformation, you will collaborate closely with Al Architects, Data Scientists, and delivery teams to bring cutting-edge Al concepts to life. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to independently contribute to client engagements while collaborating effectively within a team. A curiosity driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication are key for success in this role. Job Responsibilities * Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and Al algorithms, from initial prototyping to production deployment, and provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed Al systems. + Optimize Al models for performance, scalability, and efficiency, and monitor their effectiveness in production environments.

• Partner closely with project managers, senior consultants, and customers, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to understand requirements and deliver impactful Al solutions. + Work with large and complex datasets, performing data cleaning, feature engineering, and data pipeline development to prepare data for Al model training.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Al/ML research and technologies, evaluating their potential application to business challenges. + Act as a subject matter expert for the team in designing and recommending appropriate analytical approaches and methodology in addressing key data/business issues. « Integrate Al models and solutions into existing enterprise systems and applications, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.

Technical Skills Strong understanding of: + Machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and statistical modelling, along with data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as Pandas and Num Py. « Version control using Git and collaborative development workflows, along with MLOps practices, model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD for Al/ML applications.

• REST API development and integration using Fast API, Flask, or similar Python frameworks. + Prompt engineering and LLM-based application development. « Containerisation using Docker. + Strong programming skills in Python (or similar languages), with extensive experience in Al/ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow, Py Torch, and scikit-learn.

Hands-on experience with Azure Al services such as: Azure ML + Azure Al Foundry Microsoft Fabric Azure Open Al Azure Al Search Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their Al/ML services is highly valued. Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Automate) is an advantage.
