Manager II - Onboarding ( Investment Banking)

Head of Onboarding & Event Management India ( Investment Banking) Key Responsibilities : What you'll be like <

• 15+ years of experience gained within an Asset Management operations team or other Financial Services team delivering some or all of these onboarding activities.<
• Experience within a senior operations management role<
• Experience of developing and managing a multiskilled team<
• Proven track record of enhancing processes and procedures<
• Excellent understanding of operational risk<
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with internal and external teams, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the onboarding process.<
• Strong organisational abilities are needed to manage the delivery of multiple events simultaneously, prioritising tasks and maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.<
• The ability to identify issues and develop solutions quickly and effectively is important for addressing any challenges that may arise during the onboarding process.<
• In depth understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements<
• The ability to analyse data and workflows to implement processes change and enhance the efficiency of the onboarding delivery &#xd; &#x2022; Strong relationship management and senior stakeholder engagement skills. &#xd; &#x2022; Open, receptive and curious about new ideas that challenges the status quo and encourages the same from their team members.
