Production Engineer

Job Description: As a Production Engineer , you will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality within a production environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they oversee production activities, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Location: R&D facility @C/O Startup Incubation and Innovation Center(SIIC-IITK), IIT Kanpur Employment Type : Full-time Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering Experience : Freshers are also eligible Skills Required : Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality standards. Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools and techniques. Understanding UAV components, subsystems, and flight principles is advantageous.
