Senior Android Developer

Job Description Responsibilities

• Developing new—and enhancing existing—user-centric, scalable, and high-performance native Android applications
• Utilizing Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines/Flows, Jetpack Compose, Material 3, Paging 3, Navigation 3, Hilt, Retrofit 3/Moshi, and Data Store
• Using Git Lab CI as a continuous integration tool to ensure code quality
• Collaborating closely with the design, QA, and i OS teams
• Ensuring quality through unit, screenshot, and integration tests, as well as Android Lint, Detekt, and Compose Lint
• Continuously improving our products by incorporating trends and innovations
• Documenting planning and implementation processes in Jira and Confluence
• Agile development using Kanban Desired Candidate Profile
• At least four years of professional experience in Android app development
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Android Jetpack, and Android development tools, as well as expert-level use of Android Studio
• Confident handling of JSON RESTful web services via Retrofit 3 & Moshi
• Experience with Google Material Design guidelines
• Experience writing automated tests (JUnit, Mock K, Robolectric, Roborazzi, Turbine, Truth)
• Experience with MVVM multi-module Clean Architecture for Android apps
• Strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to resolve issues using your technical expertise independently and successfully
• Interest in the latest trends and innovations in app development
• Fluent written and spoken English Back
