Expertise in analysis, design and development of Interactive Dashboards, and Ad-hoc Analysis using Oracle Business Intelligence suite of products. Essential Skills: -Hands on experience in Core HR, Payroll, Absence modules is must. -Hands-on experience on payroll flows -Expertise on Fast Formulas -Problem solving skills Possess excellent Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills. With min 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM(Payroll module) Technologies tools like BI Publisher, OTBI Reports, Dashboards and data migrations using HDL data loads and HCM Extracts.
