Senior .NET Technical Lead Role Summary We are looking for a Senior .NET Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in enterprise application development, modernization, cloud transformation, and technical leadership. The role requires expertise in modern .NET, Azure, microservices, APIs, databases, DevOps, and application security. Key Responsibilities Lead design and development of enterprise applications using C#, .NET 8/10+, ASP.NET Core, and Web API. Drive legacy .NET modernization, monolith-to-microservices transformation, and cloud migration. Design scalable microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures. Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, standards, and best practices. Develop secure and highly available solutions on Microsoft Azure. Perform hands-on development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support. Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, and code quality. Mentor developers and collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, PMs, BAs, and client stakeholders. Identify technical risks and provide recommendations for complex technical challenges. Strong experience leading development teams while remaining hands-on. Excellent problem-solving, client communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
