Today, infrastructure, DevOps, and deployment work is distributed across the R&amp;D organization without a single accountable owner driving strategy, standards, and automation maturity end to end.&nbsp; We're looking for a Director, Infrastructure Engineering to build and lead the team responsible for the infrastructure our products run on — from cloud architecture and CI/CD pipelines to deployment automation and platform reliability. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set the technical direction, build a high-performing team of DevOps and infrastructure automation engineers, and give every engineer at OneTrust faster, safer, more reliable ways to ship.&nbsp; Your Mission&nbsp; In this role, you will:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Own the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and deployment automation across R&amp;D, aligning investment with product and platform growth.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Lead, hire, and develop a team of DevOps engineers, infrastructure automation engineers, and deployment engineers, building a strong bench of technical talent across US and India.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Drive infrastructure-as-code (IaC) adoption and standards (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) to make environment provisioning repeatable, auditable, and self-service for product engineering teams.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Own CI/CD pipeline architecture and tooling, reducing deployment friction and time-to-production while improving release reliability and rollback safety.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Set the strategy for multi-cloud/hybrid infrastructure management, container orchestration, and platform scalability to support current and future product growth.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Partner with Security and Compliance to embed security guardrails, access controls, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO) directly into infrastructure and deployment pipelines.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Own infrastructure reliability and observability — monitoring, alerting, incident response, and on-call practices — in partnership with Engineering and SRE stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Lead cost optimization efforts across cloud spend, right-sizing infrastructure investment against usage and business need.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Act as the primary point of escalation and decision-maker for infrastructure, DevOps, and deployment-related incidents and cross-team dependencies.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Security leadership to represent infrastructure needs in roadmap planning and major technical decisions.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Evaluate and select tooling and vendor partnerships that support the team's automation-first, self-service infrastructure vision.&nbsp;</li> </ul> You Are&nbsp; <ul> <li>12+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, site reliability engineering, or cloud operations, including 4+ years in a people leadership role.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proven experience building and leading DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Deep hands-on background with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent).&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong track record architecting and scaling CI/CD pipelines and release automation for enterprise-grade, high-availability software products.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, zero-downtime migrations).&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks relevant to SaaS infrastructure (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR).&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience managing distributed or globally-located engineering teams (US/India or similar) preferred.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Demonstrated success partnering with Engineering, Security, and Product leadership to align infrastructure strategy with business priorities.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.&nbsp;</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h3>Where we Work</h3> We are embracing an office-first culture, encouraging three days a week in office for most roles, with meaningful opportunities to collaborate and celebrate in person.
