You will use Claude Code as part of a fully agentic development lifecycle that supports planning, implementation, testing, review, documentation, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is interested in building customer outcomes with AI-enabled development practices. You should have basic hands-on experience using GenAI tools to explore requirements, generate or improve code, test ideas, troubleshoot issues, or accelerate learning. You do not need to be an AI expert, but you should be curious, thoughtful, and ready to learn how agentic workflows can improve software delivery. We are looking for someone who approaches feature development by asking: "What customer problem are we solving, and how can AI help us deliver a better outcome faster and more responsibly?" This includes being comfortable with rapid AI tool evolution, willing to experiment with new development workflows, and committed to validating AI-generated work through strong engineering judgment.
