This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering and implementing financial crime prevention solutions for leading global financial institutions. You will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and deploying Actimize solutions across domains such as AML, Fraud Prevention, and Trading Compliance. How will you make an impact? <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop, configure, and customize Actimize solutions based on design specifications</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Participate in end-to-end implementation lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, build, and deployment</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Work closely with Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional global teams</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Interface with customers to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Implement and configure new applications and set up environments</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Deploy solutions and support production issues, including troubleshooting functional problems</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with R&D, Professional Services, and Support teams</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Build tools and utilities to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensure adherence to enterprise software standards and best practices</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Work independently on complex tasks with high attention to detail</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support customers across different time zones and occasionally work on-site</li> </ul> <h1>Have you got what it takes?</h1> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">4–8 years of relevant experience</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong experience in enterprise application development / implementation</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Hands-on experience with SQL, PostgreSQL / MS SQL Server and large datasets</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of application architecture and workflows</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience working in complex database environments</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Exposure to Unix/Linux environments and command-line operations</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Familiarity with AWS ecosystem (EC2, S3) and cloud-based deployments</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Knowledge or exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized environments</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Understanding of secure coding, scalability, and multi-user systems</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience working in Agile / Waterfall models in a matrix organization</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently</li> </ul> <h1>You will have an advantage if you also have:</h1> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience with Actimize product development / configuration</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Background in Professional Services / Implementation roles</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Exposure to Financial Services / Compliance / AML / Fraud domains</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience working in global delivery environments</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Awareness and practical usage of AI tools for productivity improvement </li> </ul> What’s in it for you?
