Scrum Master – Automation Projects - Min 6 years of experience The Scrum Master serves as an Agile facilitator and Project Co-ordinator, dedicated to empowering cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results effectively and consistently. This role seeks a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in automation projects, preferably with hands-on experience in UiPath or similar automation tools. This role combines the responsibilities of a Scrum Master with elements of a Project Coordinator, requiring the individual to not only facilitate Agile practices but also assist the Project Manager/Delivery Manager in managing project delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enabling teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions while ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Agile Facilitation: o Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for automation projects. o Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. o Remove impediments and roadblocks to ensure smooth team progress.
• Team Collaboration: o Act as a servant leader, supporting the development team in achieving their goals. o Facilitate effective communication between team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders. o Promote transparency and alignment across all project activities.
• Delivery Oversight: o Monitor sprint progress, team performance, and key metrics to ensure timely delivery of automation solutions. o Identify risks and dependencies and work proactively to mitigate them. o Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and processes.
• Support Project Management: o Assist the Project Manager/Delivery Manager in planning, tracking, and managing project deliverables, timelines, and resources. o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and milestones. o Maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and action plans.
• Stakeholder Communication: o Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. o Ensure timely and effective communication of project status and deliverables.
• Process Improvement: o Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in project execution. o Collaborate with teams to reduce time gaps between development and testing phases to meet project timelines and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Technical Focus: o Work closely with teams involved in automation projects and ensure that automation solutions align with business objectives and technical standards. o Support compliance with code review processes and ensure peer reviews are conducted before moving code to production.

PART 3 Qualification & Experience In line with the prescribed guidelines, the candidate will also need to meet the following criteria Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience:

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years of experience working on automation projects.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath or similar RPA tools is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in project coordination, including planning, tracking, and reporting.

Agile Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their application in software development and automation projects.
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Technical Knowledge:

• Familiarity with automation technologies, RPA, and AI-driven solutions.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its integration with Agile practices.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or other relevant Agile certifications.
• PMP/Prince or any other relevant Project Management certifications.
