Senior PMO Analyst

Experience Range: 5–7 years Job Location: Pune / Trivandrum Responsibilities

• Engage communities of practice and conduct engagement workshops.
• Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks (KPIs, goals, user needs, benefits) and analyse the performance of a service or product against these.
• Research and assimilate data from various sources for the development of analyses and reports.
• Set performance objectives and identify barriers to performance.
• Coordinate distributed teams across time zones.
• Manage use case intake, prioritization, tracking, and reporting.
• Support governance activities, including documentation, Full Time and license tracking, and access approvals.
• Operate effectively in dynamic environments, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of trust and innovation.

Skills / Experience

• Experience and passion for engaging communities of practice and conducting engagement workshops.
• Experience and knowledge of service management and project/transformation environments.
• Capable of collecting KPIs, challenging results, creating reports, and driving follow-up actions.
• Project management, governance, and stakeholder-management experience.
• Experience supporting access governance, compliance, and operational processes.
• Understanding of Agile ways of working; proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict-management skills.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools is an added advantage.
