Cultivate an Agile mindset in the team

Identify the right agile/business practices and methodologies, and implement the same while guiding, coaching, and enabling client and internal teams

Manage expectations of clients and internal stakeholders keep things clear and visible, and deliver value to both clients and our company, Greyamp."

Simplify Agile processes for client teams through workshops, sprint planning, and communication

Understand the value and need for agile transformation at the client and how improvements can be measured - measures of success or metrics

Own and drive the outcomes on ground to achieve the measures of success identified and agreed with the client

Coach and assist client team members to drive business value and assist in writing user stories
