• Drive LAP (Loan Against Property) business and achieve monthly targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
• Generate business through DSA, connectors, and direct sourcing.
• Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Ensure proper credit quality, documentation, and policy compliance.
• Monitor login, approval, and disbursement targets. ✅ Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 5–7 years of experience in NBFC / Banking sales.
• Relevant experience in LAP / Mortgage Loans preferred.
• Prior experience as a Branch Manager or Team Leader preferred.
• Strong leadership, team handling, and business development skills.
